All you'll need for your porridge and rice dishes! This blend provides a variety of amino acids (protein!), vitamin B, and fiber while replenishing Qi for a stronger digestive system. It is suitable for most body constitutions, especially for those with Qi Stagnation, Qi Deficiency.

Brown rice or farro, millet (xiao mi), red lentil, gluten-free oats, coix seed (yi ren), adzuki bean, purple rice, black rice, mungbean, green or yellow lentils.

*Ingredients may slightly vary depending on the seasons. The picture is only for reference. 

How to Use:

  • Feel free to add 1-2 tbsp of this mix to your usual 1-2 cups of white/brown rice, oats, quinoa, etc. The result will also feel like mixed grain rice or porridge!

1) Option to soak overnight for quicker and easier cooking and digestion. However, if you run out of time, this step can be skipped, but we highly recommend soaking overnight (esp. if you have weakened digestion). 

2) Rinse the grain mix at least 2-3 times before cooking.

3) Grain to Water Volume Ratio

1: 2.5 for rice, and 1:6 for porridge. One serving requires roughly 1/3- 1/2 cup grain.

4) Cook in rice cooker or stovetop until all grains are soft.
