Snow Fungus & Goji Soup for Eye Health | 银杞明目汤
Soak the snow fungus for at least 30 mins in warm water or in cold water over night. Break it apart after it is rehydrated.
In a pot, bring 3 cups of water to a boil and steep tonic bag in it for 5 minutes. Take the bag out and option to reuse it and make tea.
In the pot, add goji, pumpkin, and snow fungus. Cook until snow fungus are very soft.
Season with sake, salt or sugar.
