We simply adore this recipe. Snow fungus stew is a very traditional dessert item known for its hydrating function and beautiful look. We recommend making this recipe when you feel dryness or heated.

Soak silver ear mushroom overnight or for at least 3 hours. They will expand significantly.
Chop both apple and pear into pieces. Break up the rehydrated mushroom into pieces.
In a pot, add mushrooms, apple, pear, goji berries, tonic bag and water to cover.
Bring to a boil and take out the tonic bag. Cook for at least another 30 minutes until everything is soft. Option to slow cook in a rice cooker or clay cooker. It's the best to cook until the snow fungus is very soft and not crunchy at all.
Before serving, add sweetener and almond milk. Taste and adjust.
