Wood Ear Mushroom Salad
VEGAN | GLUTEN-FREE
Thoroughly wash wood ear mushrooms.
Boil water. Add wood ear and boil 2-3 minutes. Drain.
Toss wood ear with scallion, cilantro, goji, and vinegar.
Top with minced garlic.
Heat sesame oil in pan until lightly smoky, then pour oil over garlic.
Toss again and adjust salt to taste. Serve at room temperature.
