Kidney Nourishing Roasted Oyster Mushrooms
VEGAN | GLUTEN-FREE | NUT-FREE
1/2 lb oyster mushroom or another meaty mushroom of choice
2 tbsp Kidney Nourishing Powder
1/4 cup of olive oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey or brown sugar (optional)
1 tbsp hempseeds
Pinch of sea salt
Preheat oven to 425 F.
Separate the mushrooms and place in a single layer on a baking tray.
In a mixing bowl, mix olive oil, kidney nourishing powder, soy sauce, 3 tbsp of water, and brown sugar (if using) together.
Coat the mushrooms with the sauce you just made.
Bake for around 20-30 minutes or until done. Stir midway to prevent uneven cooking.
