Osmanthus Longan Milk | 桂圆桂花杏仁奶
1 cup (240ml) almond milk
1 tbsp (8g) longan fruit
1 tsp (1-2g) osmanthus flower
honey or sweetener, to taste
Soak longan fruit in hot water for 5 minutes to soften.
In a blender, use soup setting, blend soaked longan fruit, almond milk, and sweetener of choice.
Place the blended mixture into a saucepan over medium heat then add osmanthus flower to the hot milk and steep for 3-5 minutes before consuming.
