These rice wine yeast balls are produced in traditional methods of Shanghai, China and are excellent for making sweet rice wine (nuo mi jiu 糯米酒) or fermented rice (jiu niang 酒酿).
Each order contains FOUR (4) balls, each ball is around 10g (1/3 oz). In total, they can handle 3-4 pounds of beautiful sweet rice!
