These beautiful red berries are grown in central Ningxia, where the soil, water, and climate are perfect for goji cultivation! Ningxia is regarded as the origin of goji berries! More importantly, Central Ningxia goji is the only goji variety listed in the new Chinese Pharmacopoeia. State Medical Administration has designated Ningxia as the only medicinal goji berry producing area in China.

Common Name: 枸杞, goji, gou qi zi
Tonifies kidney and liver yin, and brightens the eyes: used to treat sore low back and knees, impotence, nocturnal emission, diabetes, dizziness, prematurely gray hair, blurry vision, or diminishing vision. Gou qi zi is the best herb for deficient patients with visual disorders, who need a mild tonic for a lengthy period of time.
Moistens the lungs: used to treat coughing due to lung yin deficiency.
How to Use:
Rinse and add directly to your granola, soup, yogurt
Rinse, soak, and blend with smoothie, warm nut milk
Rinse, soak, and saute with vegetable of choice
Rinse and steep as tea
