An easy, quick, but nourishing side dish for liver health! It is suitable for all seasons, but especially spring and summer.
Celery and Goji Stir-Fry | 枸杞炒西芹

Extra virgin camellia oil (or other good cooking oil) 山茶花油
1 bunch of celery 芹菜
2-3 tbsp goji 枸杞
⅓ tbsp dried or fresh lily bulb (optional) 百合
Sea salt, to taste 海盐
Presoak goji and lily bulb for 20 mins (if using dried).
Chop or dice celery.
In a pan, heat oil and sauté celery till slightly softened. Season with sea salt.
Add in goji berries and lily bulb (if using). Mix and cook for another 3 minutes.
