10-Minute Soy Sauce Tahini Pasta 酱油芝麻酱意面

Box of your favorite Pasta 意面
2-4 tablespoons of warm water (depending on how thick or thin you like your sauce)
1/2 tablespoon of soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon tahini
1/2 tablespoon maple syrup or sweeter of choice, or to taste
salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 tablespoon of toasted sesame seeds 黑芝麻 (for garnish)
Tahini Pasta Sauce (need 1/4 cup for recipe)
Cook pasta according to instructions on the packaging.
Make tahini pasta sauce: in a small bowl, add sweetener, tahini, soy sauce, vinegar, and a little hot water until the sauce is well combined. Add water little by little to adjust consistency. Taste and adjust seasoning.
Add cooked pasta into the sesame sauce mixture and mix and adjust around until pasta is covered and flavors are evenly distributed.
Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds over top of pasta and serve!
