Sigure of Chenpi and Pea | 陈皮豌豆雪茄
Smooth sweet white bean pastes 40g 白豆泥
Boiled and strained peas 85g 青豆
Smooth sweet white bean paste 130g 白豆泥
Egg yolk 10g 蛋黄
Rice flour 5g 粘米粉
Chenpi powder 2g 陈皮粉
For the filling
For the skin
Cook the filling: mix the boiled and strained peas with smooth sweet white bean paste and divide into 8 equal parts to make them into balls.
Cook the skin: Mix smooth sweet white bean paste, yolk and rice flour, wrap filling and top with chenpi powder.
Steam for 7 to 8 minutes in the steamer.
