Chenpi Amber Sugar | 陈皮琥珀茶糖
100g (1/3 cup + 1 tbsp) water 水
150g raw cane sugar 天然蔗糖
2g agar agar powder 琼脂粉
3g chenpi powder 陈皮粉
Heat water, sugar, and agar powder, boil for about 3 minutes, turn off the heat, add chenpi powder, mix, and pour into a mold.
When it hardens, cut it into the desired shape and let it dry for a few days to a week to complete.
