
This light cake recipe is adapted from a seasonal Chinese dessert for the spring called 朴籽粿, which translates to Pu Zi Steamed Cake for its use of Pu Zi leaves for its green color and detoxing function. Our recipe uses Jie Cai as an alternative, you can also use any other fresh green leaves that is available to you.
