Walnut milk is one of the more under-appreciated nutmilks out there. But it can be an exciting change-up to your usual favorite dairy-free milk options and is wonderfully rich and creamy. Not to mention that it comes with a wonderful list of health benefits! We've paired with our Men's Treasure Tonic Bag to give it that extra boost for vitality and sperm quality.
Walnut Milk for Men's Health | 核桃药膳牛奶

3 tbsp walnut (about 7-8 pieces), pre-soaked (best over night) 核桃
1 Men's Treasures Culinary TCM Tonic Bag (or skip!)
4 cups of oat milk 燕麦奶
1 tbsp black rice, pre-soaked (option to use another variety of rice) 黑米
Honey or maple syrup (as needed) 蜜糖/枫糖浆
Presoak walnuts and black rice overnight.
In a blender, place all ingredients except for the Tonic Bag in and blend for at least 2-3 minutes. Use soup/heating function if your blender has it for a more developed flavor. An alternative would be to simmer the milk on the stove top.
Steep the tonic bag in the blended hot milk for 5 minutes.
Use honey or maple syrup to sweeten to your preference. If you like a smoother texture, strain through cheese cloth or mesh sieve.
