8-10 pieces of schisandra berry, Schisandra chinensis 五味子8～10粒
3-5 pieces of Tai Zi Shen, Radix Pseudostellariae 太子参3～5条
Rinse herbs and put all ingredients into the teapot, add 2 cups of boiling water and brew for 30 mins.
