Hawthorn Berry Sparkling Mocktail
4 hawthorn berries
¾ cup frozen berry mix
2 tsp dried Osmanthus flower
2 tbsp water
1 tsp cane sugar, or to taste
Cranberry flavored Kombucha or any kind of sparkling water
Combine hawthorn berries, frozen mixed berries, osmanthus flower, cane sugar, and water in a pot. Bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until everything softens and reaches a compote consistency.
Let cool. Put 2 tablespoons of the mixture into the bottom of each serving glass.
Top with kombucha or sparkling water and serve.
